TheR. Scott Schieffer and Robin Schieffer Bales Scholarship was established in 2000 byRaymond and Susan Smith Schieffer in honor of their children, R. Scott Schieffer and Robin Schieffer Bales. The scholarship is awarded annually to a deserving Panola College student who is an accounting or business major.
