TheCaptain Charles Russell Davis Memorial Scholarship was established in 2004by Mrs. Lelia H. Davis in memory of her late husband, Charles Russell Davis. Mr. Davis, a native of Clayton, had a distinguished military career in the U.S. Navy. The scholarship will be awarded annually to a Panola College drama student.
